Our solar powered Wanco arrow boards have a hand-operated wince, 15 LED lamps, and two batteries for long-duration usage in work zones. Our new rental units have GPS trackers and all of our rental equipment is approved for use by all local DOTs.
How to Rent Arrow Boards from NatCap
Request a quote on our website or call our team to place your order, use the arrow board rental for your specific needs, and then return the equipment to one of our four locations. NatCap can also arrange delivery and pick-up of equipment for a fee. Talk to our team when you get your price estimate to coordinate this. We’re happy to answer any questions.
Our equipment rental rates are calculated daily. Typically, the cost per day decreases as the rental period extends. We offer a variety of billing plans, which vary according to the duration, specific rental equipment, and applicable sales tax. Options include renting on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. You’re welcome to keep the equipment as required for your construction site, and we’ll inform you if the total rental expense surpasses the purchase price. If you are preparing bids for projects, we can discuss special rates that deviate from our standard daily, weekly, and monthly pricing structure.

When to Use Our Arrow Boards
NatCap maintains a fleet of rental arrow boards so that you don’t have to. Many of our clients own a few arrow boards and during peak season or when their operational tempo is high they supplement their fleets with additional units from NatCap. We do understand that even though a board still works after years on the road there is a time to refresh the fleet. We’ve added several new, top-of-the-line arrowboards to our fleet for your rental use.
Use these Arrow boards for traffic control, directional guidance, and general roadway safety, especially in construction areas. Our electronic signs are solar-powered with batteries to provide a high-efficiency power system whenever you need it.
Upgraded Arrow Board Features
Our new rental units have GPS trackers installed so the old game of, “Where did that rental arrow board go?” can be easily defeated with a call to one of our stores. In addition to this upgrade the next generation of arrow boards with “SMART” connectivity is coming soon, these units will display on driving apps like Google Maps & Waze. This option will be available in the sale units starting in the 2024 season and the rental fleet in 2025. We stock enough parts to build multiple units from scratch in addition to a dozen new tires on rims & axles to make quick repairs for the most common damages to our and our customers’ fleets of arrow boards.

Can I Rent Equipment For Multiple Projects Or Locations At One Time?
Yes, you can rent equipment for various projects and sites. There is no restriction on the extent or number of rentals – simply place your order and the equipment will be available for your use. Moreover, for added convenience, the rented equipment can be returned to any one of our locations, excluding Delaware, offering you greater flexibility in managing your equipment rental needs. These products can be delivered to Delaware upon request but must be returned to one of the other three locations.
How Does The Billing Process Work For Rentals?
We will bill on a 4-week monthly basis (28 days including weekends and holidays), therefore if you have the equipment for less than 27 days, you will be billed at the end of that month and if you have the equipment for a month or longer, then you will be billed at the end of each month that you have rental equipment. You do not need to specify how long you will rent the equipment upfront. Keep it as long as you need for your projects, our team will let you know if your rental cost exceeds the purchase cost. Any damage will be invoiced to the customer at fair market cost upon return of the rental asset.
How does the display panel work?
The display panel rotates 360 degrees to face traffic where you need it. The large face and bright LED lights are ideal for alerting drivers of road hazards.
How much do these arrow boards weigh?
These towable rentals weigh approximately 1,250 pounds.
Can you adjust the display patterns on the panel?
Yes, you can choose from flashing or pulsing patterns, the direction of the arrow, and the style of the arrow displayed.
